And these are the things that got me through... also I finally get a chance to talk about Taylor Swift's The Life of a Showgirl album and which lyric gave me all the happy brain chemicals.

Look back at my life changing journey
My journey to and from and back again to Anahata's Purpose was one of the hardest things I ever did. It challenged me to face every Shadow that held me back, ever fear i never thought I could overcome- from traveling alone on a plane to teaching in front of a packed classroom in the woods.
Holding a tarantula was nothing compared to this journey to heal my heart and soul!
